| The sink ring device is a key component of the radar and is mainly used to achieve reliable transmission of electrical signals and electrical energy between the rotating and fixed parts of the radar vehicle.Studying the contact resistance during its operation is of great significance to its signal transmission quality.This paper focuses on the optimization design of the precision manufacturing and assembly process of the bus ring device.(1)Combined with the structural characteristics and working principle analysis of the bus ring device,it is concluded that the main reason affecting the signal fluctuation of the bus ring device is the contact resistance,and a process optimization design scheme is proposed to stabilize the contact resistance of the bus ring device to ensure its signal transmission quality.(2)Design the contact resistance test device and contact resistance test system of the bus ring according to the nature,calculation method and influencing factors of the contact resistance.Collect the contact voltage signal between the two conductors in the conductive system of the bus ring device,save it to the memory,and record the contact voltage.The experimental data were processed,and a multiple linear regression model of roughness F,contact pressure P,and contact resistance R was established to determine factors that have a significant effect on contact resistance.(3)Use ABAQUS software to simulate turning of conductive rings,and study the influence of turning parameters on the deformation of conductive rings.Set up turning tests under different tool rake angles,cutting depths,and spindle speeds.Compare the simulation and test results to determine the machining process that minimizes the surface deformation of the conductive ring and complete its manufacturing process.(4)Obtain assembly characteristics of the bus ring device through set pair analysis theory and analytic hierarchy process,complete the individual coding of the bus ring device assembly,standardize the assembly sequence,and optimize the bus ring assembly process.Trial assembly inspection optimized the process,the results showed that the contact resistance between the conductive ring and the brush was less than 0.1 ohms,and the change in contact resistance during 360-degree rotation was less than 10 milliohms,and the signal transmission quality of the bus ring device was stable and reliable. |
