| In the era of rapid development of rehabilitation engineering and robotics technology,here we hope to explore the design method suitable for rehabilitation exoskeleton robot through the research of experience design theory and rehabilitation exoskeleton robot.The quality of rehabilitation training provided to users during use has become a place where users pay more attention.This requires that they not only meet the basic rehabilitation functions,but also meet the user’s emotional needs and bring a good user experience.With the change of design paradigm in this era and the increasing convergence of industrial product functions,how to improve user experience has become the key to product differentiation.Based on this experience,design thinking has begun to be applied to today’s design system.The starting point of design has changed from the traditional focus on the product itself or the human-computer relationship in the use process to the use experience in the entire process of using the product.Through in-depth research on the design of rehabilitation exoskeleton robots in various countries in the world,the advantages and disadvantages of rehabilitation exoskeleton robot products in China are summarized,and the future development of rehabilitation exoskeleton robot product design is determined.Based on the study of experience design,based on the research of product experience design elements and common methods of experience design,observation and analysis of various factors affecting product experience,the product experience design elements of lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton robot are summarized.Finally,the method and design procedure of the extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton robot product experience design are proposed to improve and supplement the original design system.In summary,this article summarizes the experience design methods applicable to rehabilitation exoskeleton robots,so that rehabilitation exoskeleton robots can meet the emotional needs of users.This method is used in specific product design,and the shortcomings and defects of this method are found in practice to further improve the experience design method of rehabilitation exoskeleton machines. |
