"Net Plu" era to the insurance sales environment brings profound changes,opportunities and challenges coexist,the current fierce competition in the insurance industry,the development of online insurance market channels helped insurance companies expand market size and changed the share.[2]The impact of the InteMnet to bring the traditional insurance industry is not just a marketing channel,the Internet has brought the insurance company to collect,analyze,integrate and use data to facilitate the development of the insurance industry in the future,the Internet has a very important significance.The current insurance companies in the market is more and more fierce competition,only through the development of the insurance network marketing,in order to make the insurance company has a competitive advantage.Based on the problem of the insurance company's network marketing,this paper studies the network marketing strategy of X insurance company.The feasibility and necessity of the implementation of network marketing of insurance companies in China are discussed in depth,and the influence factors are analyzed.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:first,the network marketing is very important for X property company.With the development of science and technology,the Internet is becoming more and more widely.Therefore,whether it is the purchase way of consumers,or the influence and operation of the enterprise has changed.As a new marketing mode,the insurance network marketing in the insurance market position is becoming more and more important.Secondly,the X property insurance companies,due to the Internet technology is becoming more and more mature,people have generally accepted the network marketing,therefore,whether internal or external environment,the implementation of network marketing has provided a guarantee,but also faces the need to solve the problem,the main problem is that the insurance network marketing innovation,channel and service need to be improved.Third,X insurance company in order to guarantee the network marketing development and need to strengthen personnel training,model innovation,business process transformation,increase the development of information technology.X insurance company in order to make the network marketing can be fully developed and need to on the company's traditional way of marketing and new marketing mode of organic integration,so that x insurance company's business has been developed.Based on the strategic perspective,the importance of network marketing to give enough attention,and the company's management and network marketing needs to be integrated,so as to adjust the process of insurance sales,the claims process optimization.At the same time,in order to strengthen the development of network marketing insurance,strengthen the construction of information,so as to ensure the safety of the network marketing,for the implementation of network marketing and to provide security technical support.
