At present our country enterprise financing mainly depends on loan.In the face of the external environment changed,how to find money way of rural credit cooperatives,on the premise of effectively prevent credit risks,make money and play a greater wealth utility is the new direction of credit risk management to move forward.Credit risk has become the main source of rural credit cooperatives.The quality of credit assets,the level of risk management,directly related to the core competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives.How to strengthen the credit risk management of rural credit cooperatives is an important issue with urgency and necessity.As countries support efforts related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers continued to increase,agricultural credit growth,control the credit risk is not only related to the operation and the survival of the rural credit cooperatives,even in relation to the smooth operation of the ecological agriculture,rural financial security and national economy.Based on the main line of credit management,this paper analyzes the forms,main features and the formation mechanism of credit risk in rural credit cooperatives,compares the outstanding characteristics and operational experience of domestic and foreign scholars in credit risk management,using game theory,asymmetric information theory and other theories,the formation of credit risk of rural credit cooperatives.Through introducing a city rural credit cooperatives and credit risk management situation and case,extending to rural credit cooperatives existing credit risk management problems and countermeasures.The research to help in a city rural credit cooperatives to strengthen prevention and understanding of credit risk,help to improve the operating status,improve operational efficiency.
