The online-tourism is the tour operation system provided by the tourist intermediary services providers or online booking services agents or the traditional tour enterprises which takes the internet as main body,and the tour information data bank and electronic bank as the basis,makes use of the most advanced internet technology to operate the tour products and its distribution systems.The online tourism has improved the disadvantages of the slow,small and dispersed developments of the traditional tourism restricted to the regional factors and improved the transaction efficiency of the tour products by means of e-business.The group-buying website is the internet organization platform for group-buying,which means the consumers don't know each other make use of the internet "assembling human strength" to gather capital,strengthen the negotiation ability with the sellers in order to get the best price.The group-buying is a new e-business pattern entering China in 2010,and it is a project with distinct business characteristics that closely connects the local consumers with the local enterprises or sellers,and takes the group-buying website as the platform as the application,after the battle with thousands of group-buying websites,there only left the group-buying websites such as Meituan,public comment network,Baidu Nuomi and etc.,from the second half of 2014,all group-buying websites started to be de-group-buying,and weaken the group-buying and transfer to 020 life service consumption platform,hence it cuts in the online tourism and vacation field from the local life "eat,drink,play and entertainment" fields.The group-buying websites have strong push ability through the deep culture in the local life services,and it also accumulates the impression of one-stop consumption platform of "eat,drink,play and entertainment",and meanwhile it also accumulates a large number of consumers,at the same time,the online tourism and vacation market develops fast with fast industrial penetration rate and larger development space hence it is now at the good strategic development opportunity period,however the group-buying websites enter the online tourist vacation field late and it is not professional,meanwhile,with the fierce competitions,price battles and enterprise acquisitions of the online tour and vacation field,as the group-buying websites,how to rely on the current resources of group-buying websites as well as the fast-development opportunity period to forge its own core competitive forces and stand firmly in the competitions inside and outside the industry to develop the tour and vacation businesses.Based on this,the development strategy research on the tour and vacation business taking the M group-buying website becomes the key research subject.In this article,it makes the five-force mode analysis to the group-buying websites through the theoretical analysis and empirical research to analyze the bargaining power of the group-buying website tour and vacation products suppliers,bargaining power of the consumers,the threats of the potential incomers and substitute products as well as the competitive degree of the competitors in the same business to develop the group-buying website.It also analyzes the problems encountered in aspects such as the fierce internal and external industrial competitions,market expansion,business operation and management,supply chain management and etc for M group-buying website to develop the tour and vacation businesses,and proposes the strategic suggestion for the group-buying website to develop the tour and vacation businesses,for instance fasten the direct-sign of the supplier,establish the supplier system management,adopt the differentiation strategy,and the key strategy is focusing on breaking through the local and peripheral tour and vocational markets to forge the core competitive force for the group-buying website to develop the tour and vacation businesses,improve the business operational ability,strengthen the internal department cooperation and perform the optimization for the supply chain,and explore the specific practical strategies for the group-buying website to develop the tour and vacation businesses,and provide references for the group-buying website to develop the tour and vacation businesses,in the hope of promoting the sustained,healthy and fast developments of the online tour and vacation businesses of the group-buying website.
