The mode of Financial Sharing brings new opportunities and challenges to the management of modern insurance companies.Peoples Insurance Company of China has also taken the lead in introducing the concept of Financial Shared Service Center in the insurance industry.Since the beginning of 2010 to build the Provincial Financial Shared Service Center,through the optimization of the company’s internal information system,achieve a systematic treatment in the capital payment,financial audit,accounting vouchers,financial reimbursement,payment of funds to pay workers for example,funds reduced more than 95%,the efficiency of the fastest aging payment can be completed in 2 minutes.As a platform to bring,bring efficiency,cost reduction,service effectiveness optimization results for all to see.However,in the stage of development,FSSC facing pressure of further transformation and upgrading.the lack of long-term internal and external development planning system,the emergence of internal personnel sharing center is not clear,financial instability and other issues.One is in the rigid demand centralized completed promotion launched major system of funds management,cost management and SAP system,to achieve the financial operation efficiency is greatly improved,but in the service of diversification in the needs of business development and sales platform is still relatively backward,the optimization and improvement of the system behind the business management needs.Therefore,the system can be upgraded through further integration,based on the integration of management concept,ERP management platform,through the sharing center organization,process optimization implementation of strengthening internal control and risk management.Two is the need to clear the Financial Shared Service Center function positioning and internal personnel management.The cultivation of professional and comprehensive talents is the key factor that decides the transformation of Financial Shared Service center.Therefore,through the organization optimization,establish an incentive mechanism to encourage innovation,financial personnel from the single operation affairs liberation,management services to the company,the transition from financial accounting to management accounting,the realization of people,sharing center and enterprise common development and progress goals.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of PICC,sharing center analysis,learning advanced management concept,put forward in the next step by sharing center to strengthen internal management and personnel management system,optimization of a series of initiatives to achieve sharing center "create role of financial management in the new environment,the establishment of the new financial management order,financial training" the new management ability,service to the company’s business development and strategic planning.
