The year of 2016 is a year of both opportunities and challenges.The opportunities lie in the constantly growing small enterprises,the expanding market,the large improvement space of financial demands,and the better policy support and common base of the country.The "supply side reform" recently raised by the government emphasizes that enterprises,as the main part of the supply side,unleash the resource factors from the industries of overcapacity and limited growing space to the "sunrise industries" that provide high-and-med-end consumer services.As the most vigorous part of the economic operation,small enterprises will be greatly influences by the supply side reform with their innovation ability being enhanced by the financial and taxation reform.The challenges are resulted from the modest slowdown of the economic growth,incomplete improvement of the developing environment of small enterprises and the continuous risk exposure in some vital districts and dimensions,with the solution to the conflict between the business growth and the risk control as the biggest one.Facing with the complex and varying environment,this study conducts a research on the small enterprise business of J Bank,J Branch based on the writer's working experience.Starting from the basic conception of small enterprise credit,this study carries out a discussion on the characteristics of the small enterprise credit,briefly analyzes the corporate life cycle theory,the asymmetric information theory,the credit rationing theory and the relationship banking theory,and introduces the fundamental state of the small enterprise business of J bank as well.To be more scientific,this study uses the PEST model to analyze the macro background of J Bank and the-Five-Force model of Porte to compare J Bank with other banks with listing the internal advantages and disadvantages of the research objects.On the basis of sufficient analyses,it uses SWOT analysis to point out the strategic developing direction of J Bank,and raises three feasible developing patterns by mainly focusing on the WO strategy.The last part of the study raises suggestions to the small enterprise business of J Branch from five aspects,that is,early client screening,enhanced project marketing,diversified customer acquisition channels and strengthened resource security,etc.Meanwhile,it warns of the small enterprise credit risk in order to enhance the mass risk management and control,emphasize the major dimension management and guarantee both the developing objective and the asset quality.Taking J Bank as the main research objects,this study analyzes the feasible direction and supporting measures of the small enterprise credit to achieve the win-win between the commercial banks and small enterprises,and tries to raise new thoughts and viewpoints of the small enterprise credit business under the current circumstance,based on which it will call for the support to small enterprise from financial institutions and the society and provide reference for relevant financial researches.
