The development of China's Internet finance is changing from the quiet stage of the torrent of the spring,and the Internet finance is becoming an important part of China's financial system.Risk management is one of the core problems of Internet financial enterprises.This paper describes the development and risk management of Internet finance from the aspects of theory,policy,practice both at home and abroad.On the basis of theoretical analysis,The development of Internet finance law and experience,focusing on third-party payment as the representative of the Internet financial company risk management practice research.We will improve the risk management system,improve the risk management mechanism,optimize the risk management system of the risk management process,and prevent and resolve all kinds of risks in the areas of pre-guard,supervision and post-treatment.The innovation of this thesis is that from the perspective of third-party payment company,it introduces the constitution and key link of risk management system in detail,whether it is theoretical research,industry practice or government regulation,there are some practical significance and reference value.
