Structural Change And Technical Advance In The Difference Of Economic Growth Between Yunnan And Guizhou

This paper makes a comparative analysis of Yunnan and Guizhou,which is close to the resource endowment,from the perspective of industrial structure change and technological progress.We try to find some experiences from the rapid development of Guizhou in recent years and provide reference for the further development of Yunnan economy.In this paper,the industrial structure of Yunnan and Guizhou provinces is compared with the structural evaluation index of industrial grade,industrial upgrading coefficient and proportion of added value.Then,the economic data of the two provinces from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed by relative static deviation And then use the economic data since 1978 to separate the productivity of labor,and compare the technical contribution and the proportion of structural contribution.Finally,the technical stock of the two provinces is portrayed.With the analysis of deviation from the share,Yunnan in 2009 and 2014 during the main economic growth gap with the performance of the lack of competitiveness,structural changes in the contribution of little.Further analysis of Yunnan and Guizhou provinces industrial competitiveness of the situation found that the development of leading industries in Yunnan is only a superficial reason,the internal reason is that many of the same industry,its value-added growth rate and added value accounted for the proportion of output is low.As the deviation analysis requires the simultaneous analysis of other analytical methods,the labor productivity of the two provinces is split into structural components and technological progress components.It is found that compared with Guizhou,the technical contribution of Yunnan's primary industry has an absolute advantage,but this advantage is weakened during the period 2011-2015;the number of labor force absorbed by the Yunnan secondary industry during 2011-2015 has been greatly reduced Structural contribution accounted for a negative value;in the tertiary industry,Yunnan still has a high technology to enhance the potential.In the description of the technical stock found in Yunnan technical expenditure intensity,especially the introduction of a serious shortage of technology.Through the analysis of this paper,the main reason for the decline of Yunnan's economic growth rate from 2001 to 2015 is that the structural change effect of Yunnan secondary industry is reduced during this period,which means that there is a high proportion of the second industry "Zombie enterprises" and high productivity employment supply shortage;and from a longer period of time,since 1998,Yunnan,Guizhou,the economic growth difference between the main differences in the level of technical input,especially in the introduction of foreign technology differences,Industrial structure changes caused by the economic growth rate is relatively small.Yunnan in the adjustment of the secondary industry economic structure,especially to further eliminate backward enterprises out of the market at the same time,should be combined with their own comparative advantages and market demand to increase the introduction of technology,technology introduction as a long-term strategy,and thus promote further economic growth.
