| With the increasingly fierce competitive environment,have higher requirements on the level of enterprise management,enterprise management as an important part of performance evaluation is paid more and more attention.The traditional evaluation system came into being gradually revealed defects,a new evaluation method.The EVA BSC two evaluation methods become the new representative of the evaluation system.These two kinds of performance evaluation methods as compared with the traditional performance evaluation method has its advantages,but its drawbacks are gradually exposed,therefore this paper tries to integrate them,build the EVA BSC integration performance evaluation index system,make contribution to perfect the enterprise evaluation system.The theory of EVA and BSC of the paper,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two,EVA performance evaluation system is to evaluate the financial index,adjusted net operating profit after tax and the total cost of capital,can more realistically reflect the financial situation,but the use of historical data,so the index system has a certain lag;BSC from the financial,customer,operation,learning and growth four aspects of comprehensive assessment of the performance of the company,the introduction of non-financial factors accordingly,overcome the EVA evaluation system lag disadvantages.However,the traditional financial indicators used in BSC,in the calculation of the cost of capital,ignoring the influence of cost equity capital.This paper takes EVA as the core and BSC as the carrier of the EVA BSC integrated evaluation system,combined with the BK subsidiary of Yuxi JY case analysis,concluded that the construction and implementation of EVA BSC index system,can make The shareholders and managers of the enterprise find out the problems and loopholes in the internal management in time,so as to provide a more comprehensive and objective evaluation system to improve the production and operation of enterprisesThis paper is divided into five parts,the first part,the research background,significance and methods.This paper introduces domestic and foreign scholars on the research results of EVA,BSC and their combination,the purpose of this paper,points out the research innovations.The second part,EVA,BSC and related theoretical discussion and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the two,summarizes the advantages and feasibility of their integration.In the third part,system design,describes the principle of index selection,the selected indicators one by one interpretation,AHP method for index weight use.The fourth part is the analysis of the case,through a series of adjustment calculation case’s EVA value,finally will integrate the system with the existing performance evaluation system for comparative analysis,pointed out that the new system’s advantage.The fifth part summarizes the lack of research results and the research,this paper studies the performance evaluation system of EVA and BSC fusion More systematic,scientific,and comprehensive EVA indicators can also be simplified to enhance the feasibility of the index system. |
