Real Estate Corporate Bonds Of Listed Company's Impact On Financial Performance

Listed companies choose what way to raise money for the company's future development to provide adequate levels,relationship between the company's future financial performance,growth ability and so on many aspects.In a foreign country,the company has various financing methods and bond financing of an unshakable position,but in comparison,in our country,has long been the company's financing preference for equity financing,debt financing choice mostly bank borrowings,but has issued a "corporate bond issuance pilot method",since the corporate bond market in our country opened the door and started a new heaven and earth.The choice of the financing way of enterprises has important influence,directly influence both the external development of the enterprise,also affect the internal governance of the enterprise.This article is based on the theoretical basis,research real estate companies to issue corporate bonds for the influence of financial performance.This paper first to domestic and foreign research on corporate bonds and financial performance theory has carried on the correlation analysis,for the present situation of the corporate bonds in our country are described,the relevant literature is reviewed,and on this basis to choose the company found in 2008-2015 debt data analysis,multiple regression model based on using SPSS22.0 software for analysis.This paper in order to highlight the corporate bond and bank loan,the purpose of the different function of corporate financial performance also selected the data from 2008-2015 issuing bank loan company were compared.I out the empirical results indicate that: the first,enterprises to issue corporate bonds can improve the company's financial performance,increase the value of the company.Second,between corporate bond and bank borrowing didn't differ significantly effect on the company's financial performance.Third,growth have certain impact on financial performance,and high growth companies issuing corporate bonds financial performance will be better.In this paper,according to their own research conclusion,put forward innovative bonds varieties,broaden the financing channels,improve the system of credit rating and optimization of the rating agencies,fully give play to the role of debt financing to improve financial performance.For our country to issuecorporate bonds of listed companies,optimizing the capital market,improve the efficiency of the company's performance and corporate governance,improve the efficiency of investment,reduce the unreasonable financing executives made certain contribution.
