Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Population Urbanization In Changde City

As a normal phenomenon and basic law of social development and change of the times,countries all over the world have joined in the process of urbanization.At present,Chinese is at the primary stage of socialism,with the continuous growth of population,urbanization will be the potential power of the expansion of domestic demand,economic growth,urbanization is the inevitable trend of the development of China’s modernization.Population urbanization is the main component of urbanization.Population urbanization mainly solves the problem of citizenization of farmers.How to provide efficient service has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved in population urbanization.Changde City,as the city of Hunan Province,development potential and space of population urbanization is large,strong economic strength,infrastructure improvement,the natural environment is superior,but in the market,in the process of urbanization,is still facing some difficulties and problems.How to deal with and solve the current economic problems,especially the problem of population urbanization,will be a major issue faced by Changde in the future,related to the long-term and sustainable development of Changde in the future.This paper takes Changde city of Hunan Province as the research object,focuses on population urbanization problems,according to the survey data of population urbanization in Changde City,summed up the current situation of population urbanization in Changde City,the study found that the main process of population urbanization in Changde City: in the low level of urbanization,the urbanization population distribution the equilibrium and household population urbanization lags far behind the resident population urbanization rate.The main reasons for population urbanization are the existing system restricting population flow and lagging economic development,leading to uneven population urbanization.Finally,the countermeasures to promote the urbanization of Changde population are put forward.In order to get rid of the restriction of the system and mechanism of population urbanization,The reform of the current household registration system,improve the land disposal mechanism,create housing security mechanism,create employment support mechanism and perfect the social endowment insurance and welfare system;vigorously develop the economy to meet the needs of population urbanization,should Strengthen the industry support,through co-ordination to achieve balanced economic development and to major projects as an opportunity to promote the construction of industrial parks;enhance the bearing capacity of the small towns of the population,should strengthen the construction of small towns and strengthen the focus on the construction of small towns to support and guide.Through this study,the population urbanization in Changde city and provide feasible reference,provide reasonable suggestions for the rural population in the process of urbanization in Changde City,for the promotion of population urbanization in Changde city to accelerate the healthy and stable development,to resolve the two structure in urban and rural areas,change the mode of economic development and make a positive contribution to Changde economic growth,rapid social the development of.
