Financial internal control has always been an eternal topic of each enterprise.What is the financial control,how to do a good job of financial control has been plagued by the management of each enterprise.Financial internal control is essential in the process of the production and operation of enterprises,investment and financing of a link,embodied in the enterprise implementation of all aspects of their management and financial control of enterprise internal control is the management means of the entire group of control.With the development of domestic financial reform deepening,the accelerating pace of capital account liberalization,to gold and silver as the representative of the precious metal investment has become following the securities,futures,foreign exchange after the fourth largest financial investment varieties.Precious metals investment to join the rich domestic investment channels,improve the domestic financial market.In the domestic,the precious metals industry has become an emerging industry in China in recent years,the rapid development,but because of China's precious metals market is in the development stage,national regulatory authorities did not for the precious metals industry issued the relevant regulatory documents,so the regulatory mechanisms of the precious metals industry still in blank state.The precious metals industry is a profiteering industry,many enterprises to expand their own interests,drill loophole in the law,to deceive consumers,harm the interests of consumers,illegal,illegal business phenomenon has appeared.2014315party of CCTV exposure of the illegal acts of many precious metals trading company,the noble metal industry pushed to the cusp.How to construct the financial internal control system which is conducive to the precious metals industry in our country,so that the financial internal control in the precious metals industry has been further strengthened,which has important research significance.In this paper,through the summary and analysis of previous studies on the financial internal control related theory,the precious metals industry's financial internal control analysis and discussion.This paper selects the Silver World Group for the precious metals industry representatives,in-depth analysis of the Silver World Group financial internal control of the situation.Firstly,it analyzes the Silver World Group's business model and business characteristics,and then from the financial internal control environment,financial system construction,budget control,financial personnel,financial internal control supervision and the five aspects to understand status of group financial internal control and analyze the problems existing in the Silver World Group financial internal control,including the urgent need to improve the financial internal control environment,financial internal control system is imperfect,financial budget control,financial team construction has to be strengthened and the supervision of financial internal control is not in place and so on.Through the analysis of the status quo,we can see that the financial internal control system of the precious metals industry has a very serious problem.In this paper there are the reasons of the problems in the Silver World Group financial internal control for analysis based on,put forward the corresponding optimization measures,optimization measures:need by improving the financial internal control environment,internal control of financial guarantee;perfecting the system construction,promote the standardization of financial internal control;enhanced financial budget control,promote the effective implementation of the internal financial control;strengthen financial personnel,and lay a solid foundation for financial internal control;the construction of the internal audit department,supervision and guarantee the financial internal control system effective operation.
