The Application Of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process In The Selection Of Private Equity Investment Project Of XX Company

After the financial crisis in 2008,the global economy has been facing the environment of low growth and low interest rate.After the end of the two digit high speed growth,domestic economic growth slowed down,pressure increased in all aspects,especially the part of the enterprise production and management difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises intensifies,large state-owned banks and trust companies of small and medium enterprises loans have become very cautious,financing difficulties have become the outstanding problems that hinder the development of smes.In such a situation,private equity investment has brought new vitality to the development of these small and medium-sized private enterprises.At present,the domestic private equity market is not mature,in the study found that some enterprises in the private equity investment project selection is usually more concerned about the choice of financial perspective based on the project.However,there are few studies on the choice of investment projects from the non-financial perspective.This paper is based on this reality,using the combination of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process,to carry out the relevant theory and empirical research.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a multi factor decision method to evaluate with multiple factors interaction and mutual influence of things,is based on fuzzy mathematics,some factors are fuzzy,difficult to quantify using fuzzy synthetic quantitative.This paper applied fuzzy AHP to establish project evaluation model,and then use the model to analyze the case of XX's private equity investment projects,and finally conclude that how to choose the investment potential of large and small risk investment projects,and the project selection evaluation index,in order to guide the effective institutional investors make reasonable investment decision.
