The fact that the income gap between our residents is too wide and the order of income distribution is chaotic has always been criticized by people.Academics continue to study from various aspects how to narrow the income gap and improve the distribution of income. The government departments also try their best to adjust the income gap through fiscal and tax redistribution policies.Among them, the pension insurance-based social security policy is considered as an important tool for adjusting income distribution and an internationally recognized favorable weapon for improving the income distribution of residents. However, the social security system in our country is still in the stage of reform and improvement. As for the income redistribution effect of social security system in our country, there is still a lot of contro-versy in academia.Among them,a lot of scholars such as Li Shi and others show that there is a certain effect of regressive income in the social security system with the pension insurance policy in our country, which plays a reverse regulatory role in income distribution.Based on this background, this paper takes the pension insurance contribution policy as the research object, and attempts to study the sub-allocation of pension insurance subjectively. The index selected by the subjective aspect is the residents 'preference for redistribution, that is,residents' support and preference for income redistribution. In the past, most researches mainly analyzed income distribution from the objective angle of Gini coefficient. However, the Gini coefficient is controversial because the object of the survey data, the sampling method and the sample size will lead to different Gini coefficients from different databases.Prof.Gan Li from Southwest University of Finance and Economics and Prof.Li Shi from Beijing Normal University For example,CHIPS for CHFS is 0.61 for CHFS,and 0.51 for CHIPS.The difference is so great. In order to avoid the bias caused by the objective measurement data, this paper starts from the perspective of subjective resident redistribution preference, providing new ideas for studying the positive and negative effects of the redistribution regulation of the social security system such as pension insurance.First of all,the article analyzes the research background, domestic and international review of the pension insurance and residents' redistribution preference, determines the theme, ideas and significance of this study, and summarizes the innovation of this article and marginal contribution to theoretical research. And defines the related concepts in the article. It mainly summarizes the theoretical connection between pension insurance and residents' redistribution preference, and lays a theoretical foundation for studying the relationship between pension insurance and resident redistribution preference.Secondly, the article analyzes the mechanism of the influence of pension insurance on residents' preference for redistribution and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses, and probes into the phenomena of positive and negative adjustment and the reasons respectively. In addition, the article also elaborates the course of the development of China's endowment insurance, focusing on the status quo and existing problems of China's endowment insurance, and analyzes in detail the overall status of residents' redistribution preferences and the differences among different groups.Thirdly, this paper uses CGSS2003-2013 mixed cross-section data to construct the econometric model.Through empirical research, the positive influence of the pension insurance contribution policy on resident redistribution preference is obtained.Subjective and microscopic evidences prove that our country is still not perfect Insurance has a certain role in the reverse distribution of income regulation, and more literature echo each other. The article also analyzes the impact of endowment insurance on the residents' preference for redistribution by analyzing the heterogeneity of urban and rural areas, regions, incomes, education levels and political identities. Finally,on the basis of summing up the basic conclusions, the article puts forward the policy recommendations of this article in view of the problems existing in China's pension insurance and other social security system, how to play the regulatory role of the redistribution of pension insurance policy, how to narrow the income gap and improve the income distribution.
