With the deepening of globalization and world economic integration,world tourism is entering a golden age of development;the world's tourists will reach an unprecedented scale.And China has become the world's second largest tourist exporter of tourists in the younger generation is becoming a major force in the consumer background,The SGLL hotel how to develop appropriate comprehensive service system as well as consolidate its current market shares is the subject of this paper.On the basis of the survey results as well as for a large number of relevant literature analysis and research on the analysis of personality and behavior characteristics of China's new target customer groups;The dissertation analyzed SGLL hotel existing customers' preferences and behaviors;and also analyzed SGLL hotel group design in the future hotel feature spatial planning program should be used,combined with on-site facilities and equipment adjustment and upgrading hardware and customer-oriented philosophy of personalized service so as to consolidate existing market share as well as develop a new generation of Chinese customer groups service system.The results of this dissertation enriches the SGLL hotel existing service management system.It is not only valuable guide values on how to deliver better service to a new generation of tourists under the new market environment,but also provides SGLL hotel useful references on decoration style,facilities and equipment functions in newly opened hotels. |
