| China's insurance industry gains ground,accompanied by the development of China's economy by virtue the reform and opening-up policy.The insurance industry effectively disperses and resolves various types of risks in the economic society as much as transforming savings to investment,which has played a role in advancing and stabilizing the economic development.Nowadays,researching thefund application in the insurance industry has not only positive affect on the development of real economy,but also the prosperity of the industry itself.This article aims a deep analysis of China Life Insurance Company,in a setting where the insurance industry took positive reaction to the country's policies and strategies.According to the analysis,the fund of the company were mainly applied in these seven forms: Deposits,bonds,securities investment funds,stocks,loans,wealth management products and real estate.The mix of fund application is increasingly fitting country's policies.Although the scale of fund application gradually increased,the problemssuch as low yield and stability,unreasonable structure of capital structure,outstanding balance of assets and liabilities,insufficient risk supervision are still haunting the company.To solved the problems mentioned above,this article puts forward improvingaims and corresponding measures to improve the utilization of funds based on the analysis of current situation,applying portfolio theory of Markowitz and capital asset pricing model.Moreover,it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures toimprove program and against thedeficiency of risk prevention and control. |
