In the middle of 1980 s,the concept of VIP customer marketing was born.Every big business gradually attached importance to this concept.After 1990 s,potential customers and most valuable customers are the most concerned objects of all retail enterprises.VIP customer marketing,simply speaking,is the appellation of those customers who often come to the enterprise to consume and consume a lot.It is part of the core customer of the enterprise and the target customer of the marketing strategy.For these customers,enterprises usually take membership card management measures,and provide some marketing tools such as membership card score,membership card discount and so on,to provide long-term benefits for these customers,improve their satisfaction and loyalty.This article from the basic concept of modern marketing theory and the Internet and related studies of the A mall as the research object,firstly analyzed the status quo of A mall VIP customer marketing,analyzes the marketing management situation in 217 years A Mall for VIP customers;secondly,through the SWOT analysis tool,the A VIP mall customer marketing the external competition environment and internal business environment analysis,objective analysis of the main problems and the causes of these problems,summed up the current A VIP store customer marketing management advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,to provide support for the design of VIP behind the marketing strategy;then,according to the strategic objectives of A mall the design of A VIP management,VIP mall marketing strategy from the perspective of 4C marketing,relationship marketing,channel marketing,big data analysis and the Internet,and The specific implementation measures to help A mall to better implement the relevant strategies;finally,from the perspective of corporate culture,organizational structure optimization and staff training,it provides a guarantee for the implementation of A mall VIP customer marketing strategy.
