With the "Internet plus" era,such as a kind of traditional tourism industry,in the past more than 20 years is also undergoing major changes like a raging fire.With the improvement of the living conditions of materials,people in order to satisfy their own enjoyment of the spiritual level,reflecting the growing demand for tourism.In the use of Internet technology and the achievements of China's tourism market saw the huge volume,like Ctrip,where to go,the same way network,Ali where a large number of online travel sites should be potential,and there are a lot of new army continue to join the war,and into a steady stream of capital,industry tug of war intensified.For a long time,Ctrip has been the leading enterprise in the online tourism market.In recent years,the market share has been gradually divided,and the advantages are gradually weakening.Taking Ctrip as an example,this paper discusses the profit model which has a higher reference value for online tourism enterprises from the advantage of maintaining the advantages of the industry.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,as well as the related theoretical research on online tourism and profit pattern both at home and abroad,and makes an overall analysis of the external environment of China's online tourism network based on SWOT model.Then we analyze the components of Ctrip from the elements of the profit mode,analyze the business status from the perspective of finance,and take Ali travel as a comparative research object to make a comparative analysis.Finally,we put forward the problems and improvements of the Ctrip net profit model,and hope to have some reference and inspiration for the development of the same type of enterprises.
