Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Finance By Basic-level Financial Institutions

Rural economic development and progress are closely related to rural finance.The development of rural finance is related to the solution of the "three rural" problems,the construction of new rural areas,and the overall efficiency and performance of grass-roots agricultural banks.We must give full play to the power of the government and the market,establish and perfect laws and regulations,establish rural insurance mechanism,reform rural financial institutions,and strive to promote the development of rural finance.This paper mainly based on the actual analysis and study of the current situation of rural finance,so as to find out the problems,find the performance growth point,put forward solutions,and then do a good job in rural financial reform.The research contents of this paper are discussed in six chapters: introduction,literature review,current situation and causes of rural financial development,Huimin County Agricultural Bank supporting the development of rural financial services,the local financial institutions to develop rural financial strategy analysis,conclusions and prospects are discussed in six aspects.The topic of this paper is relatively novel,it is currently in an important period of rural financial system reform,and the rural financial environment is under construction at a time when the whole country is in progress;this paper takes the innovation of rural financial system as the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the rural financial system in China,the paper puts forward the path choice of the innovation of the rural financial system based on the advanced experience of foreign research and the rural business development case of the basic Agricultural Bank of China.
