With the rapid expansion of the economic development of the city,the automobile's commodity attributes gradually change from the beginning of luxuries to the necessities.With the improvement of residents' income level,the car ownership is increasing year by year.However,the volume of second-hand cars in China has not increased with the proportion.In addition to the Chinese culture to the consumer's image,as a used car is larger,the value under the condition of asymmetric information to purchase the unpredictability of the risk,making many consumers rational choice risk aversion,to give up the used-car market,restricted the development of the market.Firstly,this paper studies the theory of information asymmetry,game theory and market efficiency.This paper analyzes the four main effects of the market efficiency of jinan used cars.Through to the used car trade in the process of the buyer,the seller,to assess the trading behavior of the tripartite game analysis,research their respective interests and expected return,analysis of supervision cost,cost of default,supervision and effective probability factors in the process of the transaction to trade effectively.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to effectively establish the third-party evaluation mechanism,the transaction information query platform and the default processing mode.To improve the effectiveness of the market information,to supervise the situation of market trading,effective management behavior of market main body,combined with the improvement of the system of government policy,achieve the goal of jinan used car trade market efficiency.
