Study On Operation Of Shandong Tourism Development Fund

According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,the country received a total of more than 4.4 billion visitors of various types in 2016,and the tourism revenue was nearly 4 trillion yuan.Tourism is no longer a marginalized service industry as it was in the past.It has become extremely important to the national economic system,which has been elaborated and emphasized by lots of important documents.The development of tourism has been raised to the national strategic level.It is not hard to imagine that the domestic tourism is going to be developed at a high speed in the upcoming future.Because of the national tourism and industrial integration across the country,the strategic position of the tourism has become increasingly prominent.In 2016,the government launched a large number of tourism investment and financing policies,focusing on promoting the integrated development of tourism with other industries.The reformation of supply-side structure has been proved to be effective.Under the guidance and promotion of macroeconomic policies such as the "One Belt and One Road","wait and see" approach no longer exists in a large number of capitals in the market.Global tourism,"tourism+",theme town development,PPP model,and tourism funds have become popular investment and financing options in recent years.The whole industry has seen a round of investment climaxes.On such trend,tourism fund has gradually become an important force in financing model of innovating tourism and stimulating the transformation and upgrade of the industry because of its unique institutional advantages in integrating industry and capital.Based on the research logic of "discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems",this paper studies the operating model of the Shandong Provincial Tourism Development Fund,and uses the PEST analysis method and the Porter Five Forces method to develop the Shandong Tourism Development Fund respectively.The macro operating environment and industry competition environment were analyzed.The main conclusions include:The tourism development fund should apply for the participation of government-guided funds.From the perspective of national policies in recent years,rural tourism has gradually increased due to its important role in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas,poverty alleviation,and overall urban and rural development.The national strategy should be the focus of the future investment of the tourism industry fund;the fund manager can provide various follow-up management services such as management consulting,financing services,and talent introduction to the invested company,which can improve the effectiveness of the fund operation;the fund manager must formulate a complete project exit The plan selects the right timing and method to realize the fund withdrawal;the fund management always has risks such as entrusted agency and project operation,and should be solved by strengthening the control of the management office,strengthening the internal team building,and strengthening the government supervision over the fund industry.The innovation of this article can be found primarily from the research content and analysis methods.At the moment,there is no systematic study on the operating model of the Shandong tourism development fund.This article fully analyzes the current situation of the domestic tourism development,especially that in Shandong Province,based on which it designs operation model of the Shandong tourism development fund and makes suggestions on protecting the operation using various business management theories and knowledge.The purpose of this article is to provide a reference to the operation and construction of the Shandong tourism development fund and other similar domestic funds.
