Entrepreneurship is regarded as an important driving force to economic growth,productivity and job creating.With the development of China's economy,more and more entrepreneurs have emerged.Some problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship and they have attracted attention of the public.One of the more prominent issues is how entrepreneurs deal with the relationships between family and work.Compared with ordinary workers,entrepreneurs are self-employed.The creation,operation,and development of new companies are high-risk and highly uncertain tasks.When an individual decides to set up and to become an entrepreneur,it also means that he has to pay more time and effort than that of ordinary people,and of course he has to face more acute work-family conflicts.At the same time,many entrepreneurs engaged in entrepreneurial activities lack the resources such as human resources,material resources,and funds to develop entrepreneurial activities,so they need the full support of the family.How to make entrepreneurs get rich resources from their families has also become a key research issue.Given that there is still a lot of research space for entrepreneurs in the work-family area,and there is no complete theoretical system,this study considers it necessary to explore the influence and mechanism of the entrepreneur's family on the work field,and to provide new ideas for entrepreneurs and teams.On the basis of analyzing and summing up the family work conflict and gain impact mechanism,this paper obtains an integration model of impact mechanism based on resource conservation theory,and it emphasis the importance of researching entrepreneurial work-family conflict.The analysis combs the theoretical construction process of the work-family conflict/gain formation mechanism based on resource conservation theory and it finds answers to two important questions:Firstly,how does the conflicts and gains of entrepreneurial family influence the entrepreneurial performance?Secondly,under what circumstances entrepreneurs are more likely to reduce the negative impact of work-family conflict and enhance the positive effect of work-family enhancement on work?This article also clarifies the results of empirical research on the mediation of "conflict" and "enhancement " and the regulatory variables.This study explains the entrepreneurial performance from a new perspective:work-family relationship perspective.It reveals the impact of entrepreneurial family on job conflicts and enhancement on entrepreneurial performance more profoundly,and introduces intermediary variables to open the "black box" of home work conflicts and enhancement on entrepreneurial performance.This has made up for the deficiencies of existing research,and has proved the feasibility and potential of combining work-family literature with entrepreneurial research.It has provided entrepreneurs with better opportunities for entrepreneurial work and enhanced entrepreneurial performance.
