With the ever-changing information technology and the rapid development of the Internet,e-commerce is affecting our contemporary economic life increasingly and extensively.E-commerce has entered a period of rapid development,and it has also raised higher standard requirements for logistics and distribution.As an important part of the logistics distribution process,vehicle scheduling has become an important issue for the development of e-commerce logistics and distribution industry.Therefore,it has a high research value and practical significance.XY company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the wholly state-owned by XY Group.It is a large-scale company whose main business is logistics distribution.At present,as the demand for e-commerce logistics and distribution market continues to increase and XY company's typical business is gradually becoming saturated,XY company has stepped up efforts to support the development of e-commerce logistics and distribution business.However,because of the lack of scientific management measures,XY company cannot effectively meet the higher requirements imposed by e-commerce logistics and distribution orders,such as requirements such as dispersed customer locations,small cargo demand,and high time requirements.In order to help XY company solve the problems in the development of e-commerce logistics distribution business vehicle scheduling problems,this thesis studies two aspects:On the one hand,the vehicle scheduling in the XY company's e-commerce logistics distribution is still optimized for human scheduling.Combined with the current operating status of XY company,a vehicle scheduling model with a single distribution center single transportation model with time window constraints was established.In order to seek the best way to solve the XY company vehicle scheduling,the basic genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm were used to design the model.The optimal algorithm of the problem,and proved the rationality and validity of the vehicle scheduling optimization model with time windows and multi-distribution center established in this paper.On the other hand,a study was conducted on the problem of the XY company shifting from a single distribution centre to a multi-transport vehicle.In this paper,combined with the development strategy of XY company,we analyzed the vehicle scheduling problem of multi-distribution center and multi-transport vehicle that XY company will encounter in the next two years of development,and then established a multi-center multi-transport vehicle scheduling model with time window constraints,and applied self-adaptation.The algorithm is designed by the genetic algorithm,which proposes a multi-center,multi-transport vehicle model for XY companys strategic development for its reference.
