Research On The Optimization Of Capital Structure Of K Chemical Company

With the promotion of China's economic marketization,the civil explosion industry is also facing the development of market liberalization,and puts forward the development plan to promote the transformation of innovation and accelerate the integration of product services.But in the process of transformation and development,some enterprises,especially the private enterprises,are faced with the problems of irrational liabilities,low efficiency of capital use,poor financing channels and too much concentration of equity.Through the study of the capital structure of K Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper explores how to adjust the capital structure to maximize the value of the enterprise under the situation of the change in the market.On the basis of combing and reviewing the related theories of capital structure at home and abroad and taking K chemical company as the research object,the financial situation of the company is analyzed on the basis of the financial data of the company and the analysis of various index data.The structure of the company's liabilities,the composition of the stock and the total capital structure are analyzed in detail,and the same as the main business of the K chemical company is selected.Compared with the capital structure of Listed Companies in the same industry,it is concluded that the company's capital structure has the problems of low debt rate,single financing channel,unstable debt structure and irrational ownership structure,and then carefully analyses the impact of the internal and external factors on the capital structure of the enterprise,and provides the basis for the enterprise to formulate a plan to optimize the target of the capital structure.Finally,the conclusion is made.Considering the development goals of enterprises,considering the optimization factors of internal and external capital structure,we put forward specific suggestions for optimization.This paper puts forward some suggestions for K chemical company to optimize the capital structure from optimizing the debt structure,constructing the financing system,planning the structure of equity and improving the profitability of the enterprise.It is enough for the enterprise to achieve the goal of optimizing the capital structure,to better accomplish the strategic development goal,and to provide suggestions for the development and change of the industry.It also provides some references for the industry and similar industries to analyze and optimize their capital structure.
