This article analysed the relationships among the corruption in China,Fiscal Transparency and Foreign direct investment(FDI)by means of the empirical test.In order to study the corruption,fiscal transparency and the relationship between fdi,this paper researches on the two levels:first,study the influence of foreign direct investment;Secondly,on the basis of corruption on the impact of foreign direct investment(fdi)into fiscal transparency,study the effects of fiscal transparency about the relationship between the two,namely,fiscal transparency is weakened or strengthened the corrupt the influence of foreign direct investment.In addition,the expansion from the two aspects in this paper,the above research study,first of all,from the municipal level investigation of corruption,fiscal transparency and the relationship between foreign direct investment,that is.with the municipal data validation in this paper about corruption,fiscal transparency and the relationship between foreign direct investment is still stood,secondly,thinking of the spatial correlation between the foreign direct investment of different provinces,the article plans to prove the spatial correlation between fdi and if the result stands on the basis of the spacial correlation.From the result of the research,we can know firstly,FDI is attracted by the corruption in China to a certain extent during the selected sampling period.Secondly,Fiscal transparency causes a certain level of the crowding out effect on the attraction to FDI-that is,the higher fiscal transparency is,the weaker the attraction of corruption to foreign direct investment is.And the city data and spatial correlation also support the result.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.research the relationship between corruption and foreign direct investment on the basis of facial transparency;2.using spatial econometric estimation method to consider spatial dependence of foreign direct investment;3.using provincial data and city data to do empirical test.
