The Impact Of Financial Inclusion Development On The Regional Entrepreneurship

The entrepreneurial activity has gradually become an important form of stimulating regional economic growth,and it is also the key means to alleviate the employment pressure in China.Financial development has played a key role in supporting entrepreneurial activities.Facing the practical problems of insufficient credit and lack of collateral,entrepreneurial enterprises can't get the regular financial services provided by banks,so they become a typical vulnerable group.The idea of Inclusive Finance is to enable vulnerable groups,vulnerable industries and vulnerable areas to enjoy corresponding financial services,so as to develop a broad and inclusive financial system.In view of this,this paper combines theoretical and empirical analysis to explore the impact of Inclusive Financial Development on the level of regional entrepreneurship.This paper from the theoretical perspective,combining the theory of financial development and entrepreneurship theory,to explore the theoretical relationship between the development of Inclusive Finance and entrepreneurship,and then introduces the status quo of regional financial development in China from the macro level inclusive business data,national policy level,and introduces the measure of inclusive financial development level of inclusive financial index and the specific method of measuring regional the level of entrepreneurship.The empirical part uses panel data of 31 provinces in China for 2006-2015 years,taking into account the spatial correlation of regional entrepreneurship.This paper selects a spatial econometric model in the econometric model to verify the specific impact of Inclusive Finance Development on regional entrepreneurship level in China.Empirical research shows that Inclusive Finance has a significant role in promoting regional entrepreneurship,and there is a significant lag in space.Secondly,there is a synergy between regional entrepreneurship and high entrepreneurial area to drive low entrepreneurial areas.Based on this,this paper draws the conclusion that the development of Pratt and Whitney can promote regional entrepreneurship.At last,some suggestions are put forward to develop the Inclusive Finance to serve the enterprise better.
