Research On The Creative Destruction Of Landscape Tourism In Traditional Villages In Lingnan

Tourism has become a strategic pillar industry of the domestic economy and has unlimited potential for tourism development.The development of global tourism is conducive to promoting the quality and standardization of tourism and better meeting the needs of tourism consumption.The development of traditional villages and towns with unique landscape tourism is conducive to protecting the natural environment,pastoral landscape,traditional culture and characteristic industries,increasing the income of farmers and promoting the overall development of the rural economy and society.Due to the rapid development of urbanization,some traditional villages have been damaged to varying degrees.Tourism development has a certain impact on the changes of traditional village landscape.The theory of tourism creative destruction is an important theory of the evolution of tourism destination,which has an important contribution to the research of traditional villages.However,at present,the research on creative destruction of tourism is concentrated on the applicability of the model and its influence on the quality of life of the residents.The research on the motivation of the invasive destruction of landscape tourism is qualitative research.Mainly.The development of tourism has a significant impact on the change of the landscape of FengJian village.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the theory of creative tourism destruction to study the landscape change of FengJian village.In this paper,the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are applied to study the creative destruction of landscape in the town of FengJian village.First,it summarizes the research on the creative destruction of tourism,the life cycle of tourism and the change of cultural landscape,and summarizes the influencing factors of the change of the traditional village cultural landscape.Choose the typical representative of Lingnan traditional village in FengJian village as the research object.Through literature review,four dimensions of Lingnan traditional village landscape change are determined,which are natural landscape,architectural landscape,industrial landscape and human folklore landscape,and the influence factors of landscape change are divided into resources and investment,residents’ support level,Tour management level and policy guidance fourdimensions.The four dimensions of hypothesis resources and investment,residents’ support,tourism management level and policy guidance have significant influence on natural landscape change,architectural landscape change,industrial landscape change and human folklore landscape change.Then the literature reading,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and other methods are used to collect the information of the landscape changes in FengJian village.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,it divides the stage of creative destruction of Landscape Tourism in the case,and examines whether it meets the model of tourism creative destruction.The research results show that the influence of resource and investment level on natural landscape change is significant,the path coefficient is 0.689,and the influence of resource and investment level on the architectural landscape change is significant,and the path coefficient is 0.888.The influence of resources and investment level on the change of industrial landscape is significant,the path coefficient is 0.370,and the influence of resources and investment level on the change of human folklore landscape is significant,the path coefficient is 0.689,the residents’ support has significant influence on the change of natural landscape,the path coefficient is 0.208,and the residents’ support has a significant influence on the changes of the human folklore landscape.The path coefficient is 0.218;tourism management level has significant influence on natural landscape change,path coefficient is 0.184,policy guidance has significant influence on natural landscape change,path coefficient is 0.192,policy guidance has significant influence on architectural landscape change,path coefficient is 0.355,and policy guidance has significant influence on industrial landscape change.The path coefficient is 0.202,and the policy guidance has a significant impact on the humanistic folklore landscape,with a path coefficient of 0.202.The scale constructed in this paper explain the influence degree of different dimension changes of landscape,and guide the development of Lingnnan traditional village tourism according to the influence factors of different dimensions,which is more pertinent.Therefore,the influence factors of the landscape change are the supplement to the motivation of tourism creative destruction.From the quantitative point of view,it is more objective to explain themotivation of the creative destruction of the traditional village landscape tourism in Lingnan.Based on the research results,and based on the protection and sustainable development of the traditional villages in Lingnan,a sound tourism system and policy are put forward to encourage the residents to participate in the development of tourism,pay more attention to the construction of high-quality personnel,improve the management level of tourism,standardize the direction of tourism investment,and pay more attention to the theme investment of the heritage.
