The author of this paper,as a practitioner of management consulting industry in China,has consulted a large number of documents based on his own actual work,under the guidance of his tutor.This paper introduces management consulting industry situation of both domestic and abroad,and analyses that the management consulting industry has entered the stage of fierce competition with the development of national economy,Therefore,it is vital to strengthen brand competitiveness.In the aim of finding out key factors to provide operational recommendations for later stage brand positioning of S Financial Management Consulting Company,this paper takes the company object of research,analyzes its brand positioning strategy & difficulties,current economic factors,policy environment,market environment etc.How to implement enterprise brand positioning? To answer this question,after quantity reading of literature,the author of this article firstly summarized domestic & abroad theory research situation of enterprise brand positioning;Secondly,the author of this article talked to senior decision makers of domestic well-known management consulting companies and customers of different type,analyzed current situation,difficulties,and micro & macro environment of enterprise brand positioning,finally achieved to design a set of enterprise brand positioning scheme which meet requirement of S company.By providing his conclusion in this article,the author hopes to help management consulting companies to reinforce.
