Real estate is an important basic industry which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and residents' immediate interests.The development of the real estate market has important influence on the development of national economy.Real estate listed enterprises is the main force of China's real estate market operation.In China,the development of real estate industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.At present,there are problems in the capital structure of Chinese real estate listed enterprises.The overall debt ratio is too high and the profit level is low,which causes great operational risks.It is of great significance to improve the capital structure of Chinese real estate listed enterprises,to obtain profits and reduce financial risks for the real estate listed enterprises.This article selects a number of real estate listed companies as research samples,the optimal capital structure of listed real estate companies related empirical study,think that the optimal capital structure of listed real estate enterprises in China range is about 51%-59%,refer to the current real estate listed companies implement the experience of the capital structure optimization,summary and analysis of the strategy for China's real estate listed companies capital structure optimization. |
