Life is always changing,and the technological society is constantly improving.The appearance of the Internet is changing our life.The status of traditional retail industry has been threatened,and it has devoted itself to e-commerce platform.Traditional precious metals retail industry profits divided by electric business platform,therefore,take the initiative to change traditional precious metals industry,developing electric business,break the regional restrictions,expanding consumer groups,to find new profit point.The precious metal commemorative coin e-commerce platform started late.Compared with the mature shopping website,the service quality of the precious metal e-commerce platform still lags far behind.Therefore,this paper studies the service quality of the e-commerce platform,and helps the service quality of the precious metal commemorative coin e-commerce platform to improve.At present,scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the relatively mature shopping websites,such as taobao and jingdong,and there is little research on e-commerce platform in precious metals industry.Due to the particularity of its products,the e-commerce platform of precious metal industry has a lot of differences in customer group,operation mode and product distribution compared to the mature shopping website.Therefore,the existing research on the quality of e-commerce site service can not be used for the electronic commerce platform of precious metal coins.Therefore,this paper uses the SERVQUAL service quality model to analyze the service quality gap of the e-commerce platform of China Gold coin Shenzhen Commercial center as the research object.Firstly,the purpose of the research is determined,the research question is put forward,the research data of domestic and foreign scholars are consulted,the evaluation model is compared and analyzed,and the research model applied in this paper is finally determined.Secondly,on the basis of determining the research model,combining the industry characteristics of precious metal commemorative coins,determining the dimensions,designing problems and making questionnaires.According to the qualitative research,the questionnaire was revised and the final questionnaire was formed.Then survey the questionnaire,collect data and analyze it.Finally,the author puts forward the improvement measures for the "zhongjin shenzhen" e-commerce platform.It is hoped that this paper can be used as a reference for the optimization of the service quality of e-commerce platform in China Gold Coin Shenzhen Commercial Center.
