In 2012,WHO conducted a large-scale sample investigation on factors influencing people's health, which reveals that among genetic factors, diet and health care, diet received even more attention(60%)by scientists than health care(8%).Studies show that ways such as having a balanced diet, exercising properly, keeping away from alcohol and cigarettes and maintaining a good mood are essential to staying healthy.Diet can not only provide energy for daily activities, but can also supplement deficient microelements found in different environments. In this way,it maintains the balance that the body needs and helps organs function properly. In today's society, the phenomenon of chronic diseases is becoming more and more serious. The pattern of "first disease and after treatment" not only wastes a lot of money from the state and family, but also brings endless pain to the human body. The medical model seriously restricts the development of the society, and the increase of the country's investment in medical and social insurance is undoubtedly a temporary solution to the problem. In recent years, the prevention of human diseases and healthy human health strategy is more and more accepted by the medical experts, nutrition knowledge, diet and reasonable collocation, can eliminate most of the happening of the disease, called live diseases from the source containment. As chronicle diseases have become increasingly common in the modern society, the tradition way of treating diseases after falling ill is not only a waste of money for the nation and the family, but can also bring enormous pain for the individuals. It seriously restricts social development as increasing national investments in health care and social insurance is merely a temporary relief. In recent years, the strategy of disease prevention has become widely accepted by a growing number of health professionals. This strategy calls for people to prevent most diseases from the source by popularizing nutritional knowledge and maintaining a balanced diet.To protect the legitimate rights of the consumers, such as the right to information, the Chinese government issued Standard on Nutrition Labelling of Prepackaged Foods(GB7718-2011)to regulate the chaotic food market. This measure effectively prevented false labelling of food products from the source,as most of the food labelling market has now been regulated thanks to the cooperative supervision of multiple departments. However,as purchasers of food products, consumers' rational market behaviors serve as the key driving force for standardizing and rationalizing the food market. In addition, consumers' attitude towards labelling and their purchasing interests also affect the reactions of government and food companies. Therefore, this thesis takes B University in Beijing as an example to study the correlation between food labelling and consumer behaviors.Based on the practical significance, this thesis studies how food labelling influences consumers' purchasing behaviors according to the effective method of proposing the question first, building the model, collecting data, testing the hypothesis and analyzing data.It first summarizes both the domestic and foreign studies about food labelling and about consumers' purchasing interests, and builds an explanatory model to interpret how Food labelling influences consumers' purchasing interests according to the theory of planned behavior. This thesis further selects the variables for reliability analysis, and comes to the results such as the significant influence factors of consumers' purchasing interests.
