Based on the theoretical knowledge learned during the MBA and the practice in the daily work,the author selects bank A as the research object after comprehensively considering various factors such as business development and risk management.The credit rating theory of commercial Banks is the theoretical basis of this paper,It studies the comprehensive evaluation system of bank A,and points out the main problems that are not conducive to the development of bank A.At the same time,the solution and optimization scheme are proposed.The management of branches has always been the core issue of commercial Banks' efforts.In the commercial banking sector,China's banking sector started relatively late compared with developed countries,and the methods related to the rating system model and rating model are still in the exploration stage.At the same time,there is a gap in the degree of marketization,which is insufficient in management concept and management means.Whether regulators for the regulation of the institutional investor rating or institutional investor for the comprehensive evaluation of the branch,both of them need comprehensively draw lessons from international advanced experience,at the same time combined with the reality of China,after a certain exploration,the autherformed a set of effective evaluation system.According to the commercial bank management experience and modern enterprise management theory,it can be understanded that the institutional investor for branch incentive constraint mechanism,can effectively motivate branch actively develop business,improve organizational efficiency,furthermore,it is conducive to efficient allocation of resources and can increase the overall efficiency of commercial bank.In order to achieve the goal of effective incentive and restraint mechanism,an effective internal evaluation system must be set up.Meanwhile,the internal evaluation system should be adapted to the internal and external environment of commercial banks.The basic idea of this paper is to make full use of the data.Through the establishment of the branch comprehensive evaluation,monitoring,the adjustment of institutional resource allocation.authorization and reward and punishment and other evaluation branches operating results.At the same time,the management opinions are put forward to guide the branches to manage the area,to achieve the business objectives of the legal entity,and to establish an effective risk control system.The purpose of improving the corporate governance structure of commercial Banks is achieved.
