Along with our country economy and capital market development,financial structure development characteristic of personal finance products in succession in recent years,to perfect the diversified structure of commercial Banks has made a great contribution.It is precisely because the market demand of wealth management products is very large,the major commercial Banks still need to make efforts in product innovation and exploring market potential.Competitive bank,China merchants bank WeiFang branch faces high-end customer loss,the loss of wealth managers,financial market share growth problems,only to adapt to market changes,rapid business transformation can be in an impregnable position in the market.This article WeiFang branch of China merchants bank,personal finance products as the research object,by the methods of literature research,SWOT analysis and the theory with practice and analysis of WeiFang branch current financing business development course and current situation of the development,summarizes the WeiFang branch financing business problems in the process of development,and connecting with the local market environment and the actual situation,put forward the corresponding solving measures for its further development.According to the research,we found that the WeiFang branch of China merchants bank has many problems in product design,network construction,publicity channel,talent reserve and service system.To compete with local commercial Banks,the WeiFang branch must address these issues.Target market positioning has a great impact on the marketing strategy of an enterprise.It is the beginning of the expansion of strategic services to specific businesses and based on market segmentation.Financial services must also market segments first,then identify the target market.
