The Implication On Project D Of "three In One" Auditing

As our Government become increasingly tight on national asset's supervision,and Wuhan's development increase in speed,people pay more attention to auditing for government project.Recently follow-up auditing has become the most popular method in government project auditing instead of post-auditing.However,facing the ever growing number of government project and the requirement of complete auditing coverage,government's audit force appears to be inadequate.Problems like incomplete police,insufficient audit authority of social audit organization began to appear.The appearance of “Three In One”auditing solved most of the problems.In this paper,we will be discussing the “Three In One”auditing on the D second project prospect.This paper makes a detailed discussion on the advantages and limitations of the "Three In One" auditting.Through literature research,it combs the status of research at home and abroad,and combines practice to clarify the necessity of the “Three In One”auditing.The superiority of the “Three In One”auditing model is studied through the comparison with the traditional follow-up auditing.Through the case analysis,this paper discusses the application of the "Three In One" audit model in practice.The two phase of the D is an excellent case of the “Three In One”auditing project in 2017.In the case,the “Three In One”auditing fully played the role of supervision and management.It not only ensured the implementation of the project's legal compliance,but also promoted the progress of the project,controlled the cost of the project and ensured the quality of the project.Finally,through the analysis and thinking,this paper provides 4 solutions to the limitations of “Three In One”auditing,hoping to provide reference to the promotion of "three-in-one" audit mode.
