As one of the four major Banks at the core of financial institutions,the Inner Mongolia branch of agricultural bank of China has always had a place in the personal credit business and has a large market share.with strength competition,but relatively lagged in the four major banks.at present,the personal loan business is similar with each other,the competition is great.The state macro-control is tightening,especially in the real estate industry,which affects the individual loan business.on the other hand,people in Inner Mongolia have a strong desire to consume,which also brings a glimmer of hope to the individual loan business of commercial banks.In the current Inner Mongolia branch of agricultural bank of China need formulate corresponding strategic measures to keep a good social state an superior competitive position.This study build on the basis of related literature about commercial bank of china personal loan business,do some comparative analysis about the Inner Mongolia region in recent years by the big four Banks trade data,defines the related concepts of the Chinese commercial bank personal credit business,using descriptive statistical methods to analyze about industry strength and core competitiveness of Inner Mongolia branch bank of Agricultural bank of China,and further do a strategic research about inherent advantages,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external challenges facing on Inner Mongolia branch bank of Agricultural bank of China by SWOT strategic analysis method,it is concluded that the ABC manufacturer service differentiation strategy suitable for the Inner Mongolia branch.Finally,specific differentiation measures are formulated for the four kinds of design differentiation strategy.The core strategy should be taken to develop personal credit business are:understand the customer's current demand for personal credit business,the pace of product's renewal should adapt to the change of external environment,simplify the process of personal credit business,develop credit business with artificial intelligence,carry out the forceful strategy of talents,introduce high educated talent,construct a good image from the perspective of county residents' welfare promotion,attention to the personal loan business risk image maintenance.
