Internal control is the self-regulation and constraint measures taken by companies to deal with operational risks and achieve strategic goals.It is an inevitable result of ensuring the continuity and development of corporate life.It is an important guarantee for perfecting enterprise management and improving economic efficiency,and it is also an improvement of the market competitiveness of enterprises.As a useful tool,companies must implement effective operating mechanisms while improving internal controls,and should continue to improve and optimize to adapt to changes in economic development.The electric power industry,as one of China’s important basic industries,has attracted much attention and has become a hot topic of discussion in all walks of life.All along,electric power companies have played an extremely important role in our country,and their role cannot be underestimated.Their status cannot be shaken.Due to its unique industry characteristics,the power company has set standards and risks to coexist.It belongs to the three major sectors covering management,technology,and capital,and its business is complex and diverse,with cross-regional supply and settlement,making its associated costs.The problems of increasing and operational risks have become increasingly apparent.With the implementation of the 2002 “Electric Power System Reform Program” and the “Proposal on Fully Promoting the Construction of the “Three Sets and Five Great Systems” System” put forward by the State Grid in 2012,it is a sign that China is ushering in a new era of electric power reform.Faced with new situations and new situations,the management of power companies also puts forward higher standards.If power companies want to continue to defend their monopoly status and survive the intensified competition,they must continue to take measures,through scientific and rational methods and means to optimize the internal control of the original enterprise.In summary,this article selects the power company as an entry-level perspective,combines the relevant theories of internal control,selects the CS city power supply company as a case,and uses case analysis methods to study the optimization of internal control in order to promote deeper internal control of the power company.Improve and optimize to play a certain reference value.The paper is divided into five chapters as a whole: The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper and the research status at home and abroad,expounds the writing ideas,summarizes the innovation and deficiencies of the paper;the second chapter is the internal control A comprehensive overview of relevant theories,including the meaning and elements of internal controls;Chapter 3,the analysis of the status quo of the internal control of the power supply company in CS City,and the discovery of problems and analysis of the current state of internal control at the unit level and business level.Reasons;The fourth chapter puts forward effective and reasonable recommendations from the unit level and the business level around the current situation and existing problems of the internal control of the CS city power company.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper,which is a summary of the paper’s collation,and points out the limitations of the study and the improvement of future research.
