The personal housing credit business is born with the residents’ demand for housing,consumption and management.In recent decades,China’s real estate industry has developed rapidly,and the individual credit business of commercial banks has also made great progress.After more than 20 years of development,such as germination,adjustment,growth,development and innovation,the personal credit business of commercial banks has become an important business in the financial services provided by commercial banks,which plays an important role in supporting housing consumption and stimulating the growth of the national economy.However,compared with the developed western countries,China’s personal credit business has not developed a mature and mature personal credit business development system because of its short development period.At present,the individual credit business of various commercial banks is dominated by personal housing loans,and the development of consumer and business loan business is still short board business,but facing the current slowdown of the macro-economic growth,the further acceleration of interest rate marketization,the increasingly severe supervision trend,the huge impact on the booming development zone of the mutual net Federation,the awareness and view of the residents’ consumption.In the environment of gradual change,the development of personal credit business of commercial banks faces many common problems,such as the structure of individual housing loan business,structural imbalance,and for a long time the market position of the seller has made commercial banks lack of the traditional personal housing loan business in product innovation and service consciousness.As well as the short board for the development of personal credit business of commercial banks,it is urgently to be solved in front of commercial banks.The traditional development ideas and management methods are difficult to continue in the long run.Therefore,the traditional development strategy of commercial banks must be changed and breakthroughs.In the course of business development,the commercial banks also see theexisting problems and start to find a breakthrough,but the state-owned commercial banks have a slow progress in the process of transformation because of large volume and inflexible mechanism.This article will take the G branch of CCB as an example,through the bank’s business development data,internal and external competitiveness and development in the past five years.Based on the unique economic characteristics of G Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal credit business of G provincial branch of China Construction Bank,finds out the existing problems and causes,and clearly shows the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development of personal credit business through SWOT analysis,and thus from products,channels,regions,processes,pricing and promotion.The strategy of the development of the individual credit business of the state-owned commercial banks is put forward in the aspects of wind control and talent,combining with the positioning of "the house is used to live,not to stir fry".It is proposed that in addition to the development of the traditional personal credit business,the state-owned commercial banks should conform to the national policy orientation,and early intervene in the housing rental market and seek new production.Product innovation can better support residents’ new consumption demand and continue to expand and strengthen the personal credit business of the bank.
