The income of our country is increasing rapidly,and the disposable assets of the residents are increasing rapidly.How to manage the assets of the 70% banks and realize the appreciation of the wealth is particularly important.This is a high demand for commercial banks' personal financial services.Based on the personal financial business paper,introduces the development condition of domestic and foreign banking business of ABC QD branch of the financial services category,based on marketing theory,using PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the QD branch of the current financial business marketing environment,the research found that: personal financial products QD branch had serious homogenization the service level of personal financial products,simple facilities and construction problems of safeguard measures are not in place,the reason for these problems is mainly because the scope of personal finance is narrow,marketing idea behind the one-sided pursuit of growth,the lack of high-quality comprehensive financial financial talents,brand awareness is not high.Combined with 4P marketing strategy,the marketing strategy is formulated for QD branch from service innovation,perfect marketing,differentiation promotion,talent training,product innovation and other strategies.It is hoped that this research can help the QD branch of Agricultural Bank to establish the correct marketing strategy of personal financial products,and help to develop specific personal financial products and make financial products system.
