Chinese insurance industry is known as one of the most promising industry since the new century,with Chinese social and people's quality of life is growing awareness of insurance for people,so that Chinese insurance industry has entered a rapid development track,and the rapid development of the whole insurance industry is inseparable from the dedication of numerous insurance agent,is that they are for the growth of Chinese insurance industry has made a prominent contribution,however,for an insurance company,insurance agent high turnover rate is the most disturbing thing,huge-crowd strategy,insurance companies have been repeating the same recruitment,termination,and recruitment again,Insurance companies are also faced with the same situation,investing huge amounts of manpower,material and financial resources in order to ensure the development of agent scale.To Ping An insurance branch in shenzhen as an example,this paper from the perspective of ascension insurance agent recruitment research,analysis of the hiring process,and on the basis of the theory of Two Factor Theory,according to the problems in the recruitment process,complete the design of the questionnaire and extend,and for statistical data collected through questionnaires,using EXCEL and SPSS software,cause problems for insurance agent in the recruitment,statistics and analysis,in turn,recruitment link the problems and the relevant conclusions,in view of the problem,put forward the corresponding solution strategy,to standardize agent responsible inform obligation in the hiring process,And to optimize the preemployment training,to ensure that the new recruits can be healthy,and should know the insurance industry before being formally engaged in insurance agents.
