| With the deepening of economic globalization,global procurement has gradually become one of the options for many companies to obtain higher profits and enhance their competitiveness.This article takes the company A under the global purchasing model as the research background.The company currently has major problems such as irrational material classification and large supply interruption risks.It is urgent to solve the major issues.The optimization study of procurement strategy is of great significance to Company A.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this article starts with the perspective of procurement supply interruption risk control and studies A company’s procurement strategy optimization under the global procurement model.First introduced the status quo of procurement management of company A,analyzed the problems in the process of procurement management,and found that company A had high repetition rate of material procurement in material procurement activities,obvious shutdown and waiting for material,and sufficient time on time.The problem of low level,and the root of these problems lies in the fact that Company A’s current single-source global procurement strategy based on orders is extremely vulnerable to mitigation of supply disruption risks(different fluency),and Company A lacks effective procurement management measures for materials.Secondly,this paper uses Kraljic matrix and ABC classification method to effectively classify company A’s materials into four categories: general materials,bottleneck materials,lever materials,and strategic materials.Then on the basis of material classification,a differentiated procurement strategy is proposed from a qualitative perspective.Then,taking into account that the bottleneck materials and strategic materials in the material classification results are extremely incompatible with the current procurement strategy of Company A,this article next conducts an optimization study on the procurement strategies for these two types of materials from a quantitative perspective,and builds on the bottleneck material-based index utility.A risk-averse procurement model based on exponential utility functions is constructed for bottleneck materials,a dual source procurement model based on real options is constructed for strategic materials,and the objective function is optimized from the perspective of purchase volume.Finally,we comprehensive analysis of two types of materials having the characteristics of high risk of supply disruption.This article also proposes the procurement management method for high-risk materials.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the optimization of A company’s procurement management.The main outlines of this paper are as follows: Chapter 1 introduction,Chapter 2 summary of related theories and literature,Chapter 3 analyzes the status quo and existing problems of A company’s material procurement management,and Chapter 4 classifies A company’s materials.The fifth chapter mainly researches the optimization strategy of A company’s purchasing strategy.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. |
