Research On Operational Risk Management Of Wudang Rural Commercial Bank

In recent years,as commercial banks have entered a period of comprehensive development,with the frequent risk of the commercial banks is aggravating,which not only causes serious economic losses but also brings great negative social impact.How to prevent and resolve operational risks has become the main task of the risk management.At the same time,the internal and external supervision of commercial banks is increasing.These all put forward higher requirements for commercial banks to prevent operation risk.Wudang rural commercial bank is a regional bank,after the original rural credit system reform of rural credit cooperatives into rural commercial bank.Since its establishment two years ago,it has started late in the concept of operational risk management.According to the present situation of operational risk management of Wudang rural commercial bank,this paper analyzes the causes of the operational risk,and finally consummate the operational risk management.This article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter,introduction,studies the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on operational risk management of commercial banks.The second chapter,focus on the risk management theory and the operational risk areas of commercial banks.The third chapter,analyze the operational risk management of Wudang rural commercial bank.The fourth chapter,find the causes of the operational risk of Wudang rural commercial bank.The fifth chapter: the countermeasures to improve the operational risk management of Wudang rural commercial bank.Finally,to improve the awareness and culture of operational risk management,mainly from the establishment of operation risk management culture and the construction of behavior supervision mechanism;In order to improve the operational risk warning system of the Wudang rural commercial bank.We put forward an operational risk management framework and optimize the business process of the Wudang rural commercial bank.
