Research On The Impact Of Project Oriented Private Placement On Corporate Performance

Since 2006,with "the issuance of securities of listed companies management approach","the listed company non-public offering of stock regulations" promulgated,marking China’s capital market for the legalization of private placement behavior.In the following 12 years,the laws and regulations on private placement have been continuously improved,and the phenomenon of private placement has mushroomed into our main share market.The researchers in China to discuss the placement of the focus problems in the private placement of interests in the process of transportation,directional add engine,for a research project financing type directional closely linked to the additional impact on the performance of the company is less and the real economy,so this study has theoretical and practical significance.This article adopts the method of combining normative research with case study.First of all,through theoretical analysis and literature review methods to study the impact of project oriented private placement on company performance.Then,from the company’s history,set a motive,detailed description of sunshine lighting 2012 project oriented private placement case.Then we use factor analysis to get the total score,compare the scores before and after the private placement and the completion of the project.Finally,it discusses the reasons why project oriented private placement affects the performance of the company.The conclusions are as follows: first,the sun lighting wide prospects in the industry background,through the successful implementation of the project financing private placement completed LED product industrialization projects,improve the industrial chain competition strategy,promote the technology leading strategy,guarantee performance of the company steadily.Two,project financing private placement related projects,help to change the company’s original business structure,promote the leading technology and the improvement of the industrial chain,in the long run,will have a catalytic effect on the performance of the company.Finally,this paper proceeds to change the use of practice is not desirable,and put forward three policy recommendations are: to strengthen the supervision of the use of funds raised,the formulation conforms to the project,the market demand the development of new ways of financing.
