With the rapid development of Internet technology and applications in the Web2.0,people's daily life are connected with the Internet,especially in the e-commerce field,the Internet has changed the way of people's consumption,and online shopping has become the main method for consumers to purchase goods.At the same time,after the consumers purchased the goods,they often express opinions on the network platform to feedback the characteristics of the product and provide reference for subsequent purchasers.The large amount of reviews formed on the e-commerce platform has important practical significance for businesses and consumers,and therefore has attracted the attention of many researchers.In the field of management,many scholars have pointed out through empirical research that online reviews have a significant impact on consumers' purchase intentions.With the development of text mining technology,the mining of online commentary content has become a research hotspot.Online reviews refer to consumer's opinions on products or services,and they often contain the consumer's sentiment towards the product.Faced with a large number of unstructured commentary text data,traditional statistical methods are difficult to conduct in-depth research.The sentiment analysis technology provides a new way to solve this problem.The sentiment analysis of online reviews of products is to dig viewpoints from consumers on the evaluation opinions expressed by a certain product or service,thereby discovering critics' attitudes and opinions on the research objects.Analyzing online reviews of products can help manufacturers understand their products and analyze comparative products.Furthermore,they can also provide decision-making basis for consumers' purchase decisions.This article aims to build a sentiment analysis system which based on product reviews to realize the business value of sentiment analysis technology in the field of product reviews.First,the author expounded the research background and research significance of the theme.Through reading a large amount of literature,the paper reviewed and summarized the research status of online commentary sentiment analysis at home and abroad,and put forward the research content and methods of this article.Secondly,the paper introduced the related concepts of sentiment analysis and theoretical basis,summarize the general flow and main methods of sentiment analysis.Then,we discussed the process of constructing an online comment sentiment analysis system,and introduced the main modules of the system;Finally,it took the mobile phone product as an example to explain the implementation process and main functions of the system.At last,it summarized the research of this topic and pointed out the development direction of online comment sentiment analysis in future research.
