An Empirical Study On The Positioning And Development Strategies Of Asset Management In Bank Of JN

China's asset management industry has ushered in a wave of deregulation and business innovation since May 2012.Under the new rule system,the competition barriers between securities companies,futures companies,securities investment fund management companies,banks,insurance companies and trust companies have been broken.In the meanwhile,the asset management industry has entered the era of further competition,innovation and mixed operation.Combining with the characteristics of bank's asset management development,this paper introduces the current situation of the development of asset management industry,and seeks out the problems BOJN encounters in the asset management business.Then we explore the positioning and future development strategy of BOJN's asset management business.Comparing with the large state-owned banks and joint-stock banks,BOJN faces the dilemma of small size of asset management,lack of professional talents,low market acceptance and low return on investment.The investment mode of bank asset management is mainly entrusted to external institutions.The operation of asset management is excessively dependent on the general instruction,which is lack of flexibility and diversity,and the low yield makes the banks lack the funds to improve the asset management system and accumulate professional talents,thus forming the vicious circle of the development of the asset management business.By comparing with the more advanced development ideas of foreign banks,we obvious find out the deficiencies in the management structure of BOJN's asset management business.Understanding this gap is of great significance for OBJN's asset management business to formulate future development strategies.Then,overall analysis is used to exploring.Using Boston matrix analysis method,this paper clarifies the orientation and development principles of the asset management business of BOJN."Small and fine" business model and the development principles of "prudent" and "agent financing" are the key.Using SWOT analysis method,we find out the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and to provide some reasonablesuggestions for the development of the asset management business of BOJN through their interaction analysis.Specifically,in terms of professionals,we should implement the policy of "introducing talents from inside to outside",which not only gives them suitable jobs,but also enhances their sense of belonging to the team.In terms of product development,we should develop "baby" products of Monetary Fund type,and combine online and offline to expand sales channels.In terms of management structure,we should absorb domestic and foreign management experience,build a separate and perfect management department,and formulate a reasonable management system.
