In recent years,the lifting equipment industry has turned its competitive strategy to the after-sales service.As the gap in product quality and performance between enterprises continues to shrink,traditional competitive strategies,such as simply lowering prices and expanding publicity,have become difficult to attract customer.However,due to the high value,difficult maintenance and slow response of the heavy lifting equipment industry,it is difficult to optimize and innovate the after-sales service.This paper takes company B as case and discussed the application of service value chain in the after-sale service of lifting equipment industry.First of all,the paper analyzed the concept,principles and characteristics of service value chain theory.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews on the after-sales service in Company B,this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes.Finally,according to the existing problems of the company,this paper puts forward the service value chain optimization strategy and implementation path of B company.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)company B can improve the current situation by optimizing the service value chain strategy,strengthen the market competitive advantage,and expand the market share in yunnan province.(2)the service value chain optimization strategy of company B needs to focus on the promotion of internal service value chain and the enhancement of external service value chain.(3)the optimized implementation path of service value chain of company B includes four steps:remodeling strategic objective,strengthening service function,enhancing service value and shaping service culture.
