With the development of the market economy,China has gradually become the largest garment manufacturing and consumer country in the world.In recent years,with the change of economic situation,Chinese women's clothing brands,especially high-end women's clothing brands,have suffered from declining in income performance and market share.Facing the severe market environment,the traditional marketing strategy has been unable to help the brand to solve the problems.The key to win the competitive advantage is actually to use new technology to enhance the communication between the clothing brand and customers,enhance brand awareness and service satisfaction.In order to help M brand which is the representative of domestic high-end women's clothing brand to find more effective marketing strategy,the author launched the study.Firstly,based on the theory of community marketing,the author summarizes and analyzes the cases of marketing innovation of high-end women's clothing brands from domestic to foreign,and puts forward the comparative advantages of community marketing strategy compared with traditional marketing strategy.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of M brand,the paper finds out the problems,analyzes the reasons,and demonstrates the appropriateness of using community marketing strategy to solve the problems.Then,combined with M brand resources,it gives A brand community marketing plan not only about community building and promoting but also the promotion strategy.Then it summarizes the achievements of brand implementation in two typical cases.Finally,on the basis of theory and case analysis,it puts forward the safeguard measures of executing community marketing strategy.The value of this article is to study the domestic high-end women's clothing brand from the perspective of social marketing.It fills the gaps in this field.It also provides a new way to enhance brand performance which is just like M brand.
