The rapid development of market economy puts forward higher requirements to the management level of enterprises,requiring enterprises in our country to adopt the implementation of modern enterprise management to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and guarantee the survival and development of enterprises.Internal audit work as an important part of the modern enterprise management system,its effective implementation for enterprises is of great significance.With the complex financial environment and severe regulatory situation,combined with my own work,we are concerned that the CIRC has disclosed a number of property insurance companies due to false claims,business operations not compliance,financial data not real and other events subject to heavy penalties,such as limiting its business insurance business,the revocation of a company chairman forbidden into the insurance industry for ten years,etc.This series of internal control deficiencies leading to illegal exposure,urges the insurance company attention and reflection,and gradually shiftes risk aversion and the disclosure and improvement of internal control deficiencies to the internal audit department,and it is expected that the results of high-quality internal audit will help companies avoid the risk of illegal operation and improve the management level.This paper focuses on the qualitative analysis of the case of the insurance industry.A insurance company is a small and medium-sized company in the domestic insurance industry,in the rapid growth period.The company's management attaches more importance to internal audit work,set the audit department engaged in the internal affairs of the company's internal audit,and regularly report the company's daily business problems and suggestions.The internal audit department will receive some feedback during their daily work,such as the depth and breadth of internal audit work is not enough,the internal audit project execution time is longer,individual rectification proposal is not enough,the auditors fatigue homework and so on,in fact,these from the A property insurance company feedback,also exists in most companies in the country,with a certain representation.This paper study the quality control of internal audit and manage results of A insurance company,which is in the growing period,by using the method of case analysis,literature research and normative research.We take the research strategy of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems" and establish an internal audit quality control system from four aspects which are the auditing agency independence,the audit quality control subject,the audit quality control object and the audit quality safeguard measure.Meanwhile,according to the existing problems of the audit quality control of A insurance company,this paper analyzes the reasons why the quality control of internal audit is not in place,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions according to the above conclusions,such as improve the top design,expand the team building,internal audit procedures standardization,strengthen the quality control process of safeguard measures and by this way carry out the work and promote the healthy development of the company better.The research of this paper has promoted the quality control of A company's internal audit and the healthy development of the company.The experience of example has enriched the theory of internal audit control and it is expected that this paper provide some reference for the management of the same type of company in the internal control quality control.
