Salary as labor cost is an important part of enterprise operating costs,salary management as the core of human resources management,has also become the core and focus of enterprise management.For banks,whether the performance management mechanism is in place or not is of great significance to the mobilization of employees' work enthusiasm.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of a scientific and reasonable salary system is particularly important for service outsourcing enterprises.Call center is a new distribution channel for financial services and products.In a narrow sense,it is not a new banking business or financial products,but a new service means of banking business or financial products.The fundamental difference between it and traditional banking counter and face-to-face service is that it is the application of customer service concept based on advanced technical means.In terms of salary assessment system,A Bank Call Center often implements the "big pot rice" management system,and pays bonuses according to the annual assessment.The incentive function of salary management system cannot be brought into full play.Starting from the current situation of pay management in call center of A Bank,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of piecework pay management system,and puts forward corresponding solutions.A Bank should attach importance to the application of piece-by-piece salary management system,improve the piece-by-piece salary management scheme,calculate the salary of employees in different systems reasonably,and improve the organization of the salary management system,assessment system,and dynamic measurement methods and so on.This study can further enrich the current salary management system of banks in China,and provide important theoretical guidance for the development of piece-by-piece salary management in call center and other departments;help to find out the existing problems in the current salary management system of call center of A Bank,further improve the salary management system,and stimulate the work of employees.
