Research On The Countermeasures Against Risks Of The Guarantee Circle In The Credit Field Of Commercial Banks

In recent years,with the exposure of the security network in Fujian,Zhejiang and other places,Chinese economists have also begun to study and analyze the risk of bank guarantee network.But on the whole,the research on the risk identification of the credit guarantee network of commercial banks is a new topic,because so far,the Chinese banking industry has not formed a set of perfect and effective methods to prevent and control the risk of the credit guarantee network.All the commercial banks are still carrying out the practice and exploration.Especially in the face of the current economic downturn,how to deal with the risks caused by the credit guarantee network has become a thorny issue facing all banks.On the basis of the empirical case analysis of the Taizhou branch of the Construction Bank,this paper makes a systematic study on the formation and types of the credit guarantee network of commercial banks and the types and characteristics of the risk of the guarantee networkand through the analysis and understanding of the mechanism of the formation of the risk of the credit guarantee network,the modern financial risk management theory is used.The internal and external strategies are put forward to provide reference for commercial banks to improve the risk prevention and control of the credit guarantee network.Through this study,we can theoretically help the related risk managers of commercial banks to improve the ability to prevent and control the risk of the guarantee network,and can also be a preventive area for the local government and the financial supervision department.Regional and systemic risks provide ideas for improving regional financial environment.This paper will focus on the research topic of security network risk,and through the in-depth study of the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad in this field,scientific guidance for the paper layout,from the current situation of the credit guarantee network risk faced by commercial banks in China,analysis the reasons,and put forward a new idea to solve this problem.To help commercial banks effectively prevent and control the risk of guarantee network,and put forward the external coping strategies,so as to make the whole article logical.In the study of the security network risk,through the empirical analysis of the risk related cases of the current construction bank Taizhou branch guarantee network,and with the current domestic and foreign experts and scholars research results mutually corroborate,and then put forward new ideas and strategies.The research content of this article is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research status,and so on.The second part mainly combs and analyzes the main types,characteristics and causes of the credit guarantee network of commercial banks,and then sums up the risk form of the guarantee network.This paper introduces the main theories and methods of risk prevention and control in credit guarantee network.The third chapter,starting with the empirical case of the Taizhou branch of the Construction Bank,analyzes the current situation of the credit guarantee network in China's commercial banks,and combines with some cases of the credit guarantee network that the Taizhou branch of the Bank of construction now meets to analyze the risk of the guarantee circle of the current commercial banks.The fourth chapter introduces the experience and Inspiration of foreign commercial bank guarantee.The fifth chapter thoroughly studies and improves the risk response measures in the field of commercial bank credit,clears up the train of thought,and clears the direction of improvement.The sixth part is the conclusion,summarizing the whole article and forecasting the future development of the guarantee network.
